1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fire Mountain ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. By using the Platform, you consent to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts for any disputes arising from these terms.

2. Age Requirement

Fire Mountain is strictly for users aged 18 years and over. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate access if age requirements are not met.

3. Entertainment Platform — Not Gambling

Fire Mountain is a social entertainment platform. Our games are provided solely for entertainment purposes and do not constitute gambling as defined by the Gambling Act 2003 (New Zealand) or any other applicable legislation, because:

• No real money, currency or cryptocurrency is accepted, wagered or paid out
• Virtual credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes
• There is no mechanism to win real money or goods
• The Platform does not operate under a gambling licence

4. Permitted Use

• Cannot be transferred to other users
• Cannot be converted into real money or prizes
• May be modified, removed or reset at our discretion

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including games, graphics, text, logos and software, is the intellectual property of Fire Mountain Entertainment Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fire Mountain Entertainment Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed NZD $100.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Responsible Entertainment

11. Modifications
